Hi, I’m Emily!
Crazy dog lady here! I’ve been working with dogs my entire life. I knew early on that caring for dogs was what I was meant to do and I couldn’t see myself doing anything else. This little dream of mine has turned into something beautiful, I’m beyond proud of our team and the love and care we provide to your pets.
I’d love to to introduce you to my Woof Pack and have you guys be a part of the Pack too!

Sean is Emily’s right hand man at the Buckley Boarding location & is hand on with all things Boarding. If dropping off at the Buckley location you may see him!

”Hi, I’m Brian, I’m the manager here! I love my job because I get to hang out with your dogs all day. I also get to bring my best friend to work with me. Blizzard has been the driving factor behind what I want to do with my life ever since I got her as a puppy in 2017. She was the runt in a litter of 15. She loves to talk (sometimes too much) and is a total foodie — always ready for the next treat! She has nothing but love in her heart and she'll play with dogs of all sizes.
Some of my favorite breeds are working breeds, but nothing beats a mutt for me!”

“I’ve been a pet owner since I was 5, so I have tons of hands-on experience with dogs, cats, birds and reptiles. My dream is to someday open my own doggy daycare, because working with animals has always been my passion. I am very patient with animals, which helps me to bond with even the shyest of pets. I manage the Daycare by assessing and managing risks, creating a safe environment, sticking to established routines, and using “paw-sitive” reinforcement! I love all the dogs like they are on my own.
I’m the main photographer behind the scenes and set up all of our photo booth and prop stations for special parties and holidays. I am also trained in overnight stays with the Boarding team. Additionally, I work with our animal rescue, Journey Homeward Animal Rescue, to help match dogs to their perfect families.
Although I went to school to be a vet tech at Pierce, I couldn’t see myself in the vet med environment. I’m at home with Emily’s Woof Pack!
My favorite dog breeds are Chihuahuas (like my family dogs, Bandit and Pixel!), Golden Retrievers, and Keeshonds!”

”As Emily’s younger brother, I’ve been around a variety of animals all my life, from lizards, snakes, cats… even fish and pet mice! And, most obviously, dogs! Emily is the reason I am a proud owner of two dogs, a chihuahua named Sammy and my most recent addition, an energetic and goofy Great Pyrenees named Summit.
You’ll see me managing the Lakewood Boarding location, keeping up with the needs and care of your furry family members while you enjoy your margaritas on a sandy beach in the Bahamas. Occasionally, you’ll also catch me at the Daycare location where I love to take amazing photos of your dogs for our social media feeds — or just to let Summit burn some energy and become best friends with your pups!”
About the Emily’s Woof Pack In-Home Locations
Lakewood dog & cat Boarding
Emily’s Woof Pack’s primary location for boarding is a home in Lakewood, WA. We are able to offer a unique, at-home style of dog boarding because they are at home! This location has it all: couches and cozy chairs to snuggle on, friends to play with, a backyard with turf to run around on, windows to gaze out of — you name it! This location is our typical drop-off and pick-up zone for Boarding clients. Short boarding reservations will spend their nights here with Kyle! Lakewood Boarding is also where we offer cat boarding, in their own private bedroom just for them.
Due to the personal nature of the location, the address will be provided only upon setting an appointment.
Lakewood Daycare
Also located in Lakewood, WA, our doggy daycare house is just as fun and homey! This location is Destination: FUN for every dog who comes to play. From pool parties in the summer to indoor cuddle-sessions on rainy days, daycare is non-stop doggy delight all year. Daycare guests enjoy a large backyard with turf, multiple indoor rooms with beds and toys for resting in between play sessions, and all the furry friends they could dream of! Frankie manages our Daycare home along with a team of paw-some Pack Leaders!
Buckley Overnight Boarding
Our newest addition, the Buckley house is another boarding home for our doggy sleepovers! Boasting 5 acres of lush land to explore (1 acre fenced) and 4,000 square foot home to sleep in, overnight guests will want for nothing when they spend their boarding stays here. This new location expands our serviceable range, making Emily’s Woof Pack an option for even more families, but our clients closer to the Lakewood area do not need to fear driving longer distances for their reservations. Longer stays will still drop off and pick up at the original location, to be taxied by Emily to the Buckley home to enjoy their very own staycation in paradise with her!
